I have a small suggestion that might make the game more fun/interesting and possibly work out some balance issues (or introduce more):  You can have one player be a permanent fiend that can create another parasite if the first one gets killed, but maybe only ONCE during the game... you could call this person the parasite lord or queen.  This fiend would have no control over what the parasite does except of course to choose its' first host.  The interesting part comes in if the host manages to choose the lord/queen as the next victim.  What is there to do in that case?  I see a few possibilites: 
1.) game over!
2.) host dies, lord/queen chooses another host
3.) some extra stuff, like maybe the gameplay rules take an interesting turn

Anyways, I just thought I would throw that out there.

Although i may have remembered incorrectly, i don't beleive Arktis uses Windows.
