Ok... well if you've got this far... hell I'll put in spoiler tags just in case

Either way... on this note I think personally, it annoys me that a show like The 4400 got cancelled, which still had loads of life left in it, if not more so from when it started and was actually a show that really was about ordinary people with exordinary powers in comparison to Heroes that's constantly been about Good Vs. Bad, Round *Insert season number here*.

the good, the bad, the ugly... I'll watch it until they shut it down.

Oddly enough, I'm liking this season more than the previous two. I'm still not sure about the carnival/compass storyline, but overall season 4 has been more consistent, more character-driven. But yeah, having the cheerleader make out with another girl seems to be a very desperate move. I'll be surprised if Heroes gets a fifth season.

have most of you lost your love for Heroes?

I think this season is interesting.

This season is a lot better than the last few and it's a shame that the ratings are at an all time low. I'm still annoyed that Sylar is still kicking around but at least they've managed to keep the plot revolving him interesting for the moment. I really wish they'd kill him off for good and be done with it.

Just cancel it - yes, it's slightly better than the embarrassment of seasons 2 & 3 but honestly, they were clearly grasping for ratings when they played the girl/girl card. I imagine it'll last for some time longer, purely based on momentum... I mean, Lost did much the same as Heroes in terms of an epic decline from season 2 onward.

Really? Speaking from my own college experience I thought they were playing for realism. I knew a LOT of girls that hooked up with other girls. It IS well known as a time for experimentation after all.

Oh, yes - plenty of girls fool around at university but it was completely out of the blue and just very contrived. My experience is that these things do not just happen 30 seconds after you've met someone... blah.

in True Blood, a young female vampire was 'created' and combined with her special healing ability, has to regrow her hymen every time she has sex. The writers of Heroes may be trying to avoid something similar with Claire's character, lol. A kiss doesn't cause nearly as much trouble. usually.

Her healing ability wasn't special, it was merely part of the standard vampiric condition... just to nitpick. Honestly, I doubt they're ever going to show Claire having sex - too much chance of upsetting the fanboys... I suppose this remedies that and ups the ante.

I meant special, as in, special for vamps, and not humans.  Cyclops

yeah, kind of my thinking about Claire as well. kissing is usually less likely to stir things up on tv than sex, even lesbian kissing.

Also, I see I predicted correctly and it was just a sweeps week ploy and amounted to nothing. I guess Claire is a clit tease.
